DOE and statistical analysis tools for engineers, scientists, and the classroom — plus expert consulting from an engineer with 30+ years in semiconductor process integration.
Stay on beat with your data.
Intuitive desktop tools that get out of your way and let you focus on the analysis. Reasonably priced for professionals, students, and educators alike.
Design of Experiments made practical. Plan, execute, and analyze experiments with an intuitive interface designed to make DOE accessible — whether you're running your first factorial or optimizing a production process.
Statistical analysis for analysts, researchers, and engineers. Wrangle, analyze, and visualize your data with a fast, private desktop application.
DOEPilot and AnalysisPilot are built to be approachable from day one — no steep learning curve, no expensive site license. Designed by a professor who has taught undergraduate and graduate statistics for over 15 years.
Academic licensingHands-on consulting and training from an engineer with three decades of applying statistical methods to solve real manufacturing and research problems.
Your data has answers waiting to be unlocked. We help you find them through rigorous statistical analysis and clear interpretation.
Your experiments are taking too many runs to get results. We'll help you design smarter experiments that answer more questions in fewer iterations.
You need to predict outcomes with confidence. We build models that connect your inputs to your results so you can make decisions backed by data.
Your team needs to speak the language of data. We deliver hands-on training in DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis tailored to your team's level.
Onbeat Analytics was founded by Jon Daley, a semiconductor process integration engineer with over 30 years of experience at companies including Micron Technology, onsemi, ASML, and Zilog.
For 10 years, Jon served as the DOE and statistics champion for onsemi's R&D team, developing training programs and leading the team's adoption of statistical methods for yield improvement and product optimization.
Jon has taught statistics and corporate finance at both the undergraduate and graduate level at Boise State University for over 15 years and holds 35 issued patents. He holds an MBA from Boise State and a BS in Physics from the University of Utah.
